And Jesse has had 2 in the last year and it is now freezing and locking so have to see about getting him something else and we all have Verizon they have us locked in to there 2 year contracts But we went to the local 29 miles away Ford dealer this morning because the air Conditioner/Heater Vents in our truck are cracking and breaking they are a piece of plastic junk and out truck is stil gaurnteed but they told us that if he had taken them out they were not warentied and we would have to wait about 45 min to see a service manager before they could order them and to see if they were warenteed well Richard told them to stick there pieces of crap plastic where the sun doesn't shine and he would order them on line as they have an after market replacement that is all metal and will not just crack and break from the heat and cold but it is like they do not care what ever happened to quality of workmanship in this country did we sell it to the Chinese maybe. good luck with your phone situation.
